Starting a charging session is simple. Download the Altarbyte mobile app, create an account, add your payment method, and scan the QR code on the charger. Alternatively, use your RFID card if provided by your fleet operator or employer. The app will guide you through connector selection and session initiation.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, mobile wallets, and RFID cards. Corporate fleet operators can set up direct billing with monthly invoicing. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

How long does it take to charge my EV?

Charging time depends on your vehicle's battery capacity and the charger power output. AC chargers (3.3kW-22kW) typically take 2-6 hours for a full charge, while DC fast chargers (30kW-240kW) can charge most EVs to 80% in 15-45 minutes.
